We also collect basic technical information (like browser type and pages visited) automatically when you use the site, to keep it working reliably and secure.

• To schedule, confirm, and manage discovery calls and paid consultations
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form
• To process payments and send booking or payment confirmations
• To communicate with you about a session you've booked or asked about
• To improve our services and this website

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services that make the site work:

• Razorpay, to process payments for paid consultations
• cal.com, to check and manage call availability
• Our email delivery provider, to send booking and payment confirmations

Each of these providers handles your data under their own privacy policy.

We keep booking, payment, and message records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete information that isn't otherwise required to be kept (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing work@beyondthebrief.co.in. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
